What is Live Healingly?
To live healingly is to engage life with presence and creator-ship. It is the decision to explore and query the human experience, even as it occurs. And it is not just the experiences we can verify to which we must pay attention. Instead, we can and must give credence to our innermost, subjective experiences. There 👏🏽 is👏🏽 so👏🏽 much👏🏽 going👏🏽 on👏🏽 there!
It’s too bad we seem to spend the lion’s share of our attention on seeing/doing/having life through our personhood. This is quite the constricting construct. To live healingly is to stop letting our external interactions inform us of who we are. Rather than marginalizing all the life stirring at the energetic, vibrational level attempting to guide us to freedom, we can journey through it. And, as we move through life, we are bound to get some scrapes and bruises. The point is: we can heal as we go.

Who’s speaking, please?
Hi! It’s me, Nicole Jones, founder of Artisan Journey, LLC, a wellness company. As the lead contributor of Live Healingly newsletter, I’m not one of those people who will die if I don’t write because, though I do love to write, I also love to garden, cook, and DIY. Rather, I write because I have a couple of really dope beats to add to the song of humanity. And the written word is my instrument.
My highest aspiration for my work is to evoke the phrase, “I have never thought about it that way.” And for my growth, it is to say the same. This is the magic of articulation.
Before you speak, let your words pass through three gates. At the first gat ask yourself, ‘Is it true?’ At the second gate ask, ‘Is it necessary?’ At the third gate ask, ‘Is it kind?’- Rumi
